Chin Ming King was placed under arrest, and on being tried at the Assizes in November, 1928, the jury disagreed. He was re-tried in May, 1929, on which occasion he was sentenced to six years in the penitentiary and fined $ 500.00. He will be deported at the end of his sentence.
